Shipping & Returns Policy

Free Pick Up at our LGBTQ+ Kiosk at Westermarkt / Homomonument.

  • Your ordered product will be available for pickup on the following day after 3:00 PM at our kiosk at the Westermarkt location. 
  • Before your visit, please check our website for deviated opening hours. 
  • Orders are reserved for up to 48 hours after placement. For longer reservations, please contact us via the website’s contact page.

Shipping:

  • Our shipping schedule includes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
  •  Our shipping services cover destinations within the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • For deliveries within the Netherlands, the expected arrival time is 1 to 2 working days. 
  • For deliveries to Belgium, the expected arrival time is 2 to 3 working days.
  • Upon receiving your payment, which must include the applicable shipping costs, we will proceed to deliver your order.
  • The shipping costs will be automatically calculated and included in your shopping cart.
  • Our system operates using weight, package size, and location as criteria. We dispatch orders suitable for letterboxing through PostNL.
  • Parcel services are according to the rates of PostNL.

Returns Policy:

  • Pink Point Amsterdam offers refunds or exact replacements for eligible returns(*). 
  • To initiate a return, kindly contact us via email at returns@pinkpoint.nl within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • When sending your return request email, please use “return” as the subject and include the following details in the message body:
  1. Your order number
  2. Title and description of the product you wish to return
  3. Explanation for the return
  4. Your name, daytime telephone number, and email address
  • Upon receipt of your request, we will respond within 48 hours, providing return instructions to your email address, along with any additional guidance. 
  • Ensure that items are sent back in their original packaging or an equivalent substitute. Should you have any inquiries concerning returns, kindly reach out via email at returns@pinkpoint.nl.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense(**).


(*) Eligible returns

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, and should not have been used or worn.
  • The product must be free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear.
  • The return request should be made within the specified return period, typically within 14 days of the product delivery date.
  • The return should include the necessary details such as the order number, the title and description of the product being returned, the reason for return, your name, contact information, and any other information requested by our return process.
  • Please note that for damaged or incomplete items, return shipping costs may be covered by us. Refer to our return policy for detailed information on how to initiate a return and ensure your items qualify as eligible returns.
